Description

The stone has a paraiba color quality, I can not say that it is copper bearing because I never did bother to send it in to AGL.

The blue-green tourmaline is 2.36 carats and is a modified Portuguese cut. It measures 10.2mm x 7.7mm. Its origin is Mozambique and has NO treatments - all natural color here. The stone has a lot of personality. Glows like mad in lower light or indirect light, but she doesn't glow 100% of the time. I'm happy to send videos on request. No eye visible inclusions - it was sold to me as VVS/VS clarity. I purchased this stone from Gemfix - the stone was cut by Andrew Gulji. The setting is a custom setting for this stone done by Quest Jewelers. It is 14k white gold with 18k yellow gold prongs and the basket is 24k gold plated (to enhance the blue/green color). Size 8.75, easily sizeable. There are 14 2.2mm G color / VS clarity diamonds (approx .5ctw).
