This is a 100% Authentic Tiffany Medium Return to NY Heart Key bought in the Tyson's Corner Tiffany Shop in Mclean, VA where I lived for 12 years. It is made of .925 Tiffany Silver and it measures from top to bottom, without the bail 39.80mm and from east to west 12.80 mm at it's widest point. I only have two tiffany velvet pouches left, so whomever claims the first two Tiffany pouches, and the others i'll be wrapped in nice pouches and sent.
