Solitaire twisted semi mount cathedral setting 14k
This is a semi mount that will hold a diamond / gemstone of 5.8-6.0mm. It held a 5.9mm diamond. It is 14k white gold with a surprise diamond on each side. It was worn for about a month in excellent new condition. It is sized at 4.25 but can be resized at a jeweler. If you would like to see more pics or have any questions please message me.
