Gorgeous Ruby Red Antique Garnet Ring -:- 1917 Chester Hallmarked & Solid 9 ct Gold

This beautiful antique has stood the test of time…I just love jewelry with a history behind it! I am pleased to offer you this fabulous antique hessonite garnet and solid gold ring. The garnet featured in this ring is truly amazing! It really resembles a ruby more than the typical garnet. This authentic British antique is fully hallmarked Chester 1917, 9 ct gold with a makers mark. This ring was acquired by its previous owner through an estate auction in Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. Hessonite garnets are known for their vibrant red and orange tones. The setting of this ring really allows the light to travel through the garnet, releasing its sparkle! This ring would make a beautiful engagement ring for anyone who loves red gemstones! I have in no way changed the color of the stone in my photos. All photos are taken in natural light with no flash.
