18k white gold setting with daimond set shoulders and calibre cut sapphire halo. 

The center stone is NOT a diamond it is from Carat London http://caratlondon.com/jewellery/loose-stones

This ring was custom made and has barely been worn. I will have it polished and serviced before it is shipped if it needs to be re sized please let me know and I can have that done also.
