Beautiful deep red ruby and diamond ring in a cathedral style 14k yellow gold setting. This was a gift so I do not know the specs. The center oval ruby appears to be about .50ct and then there are 18 small round diamonds (9 on each side). It is a size 5 1/2 and is sizeable.
