The center stone is a 10x5mm Blue Marquise Moissanite.  It was purchased from Moissanite Company.  It is an authentic Charles & Colvard moissanite.  I have only worn the ring once.

The diamond ring setting was purchased from Mark Broumand (Ebay).  He originally had it listed with a 1.01ct center marquise diamond and I convinced him to sell me the setting as I had never seen anything like it anywhere.  The listing is no longer available on ebay but here is the description given by Mark Broumand:
